Ogden Valley is
in beautiful Ogden Valley in Northern Utah. This rural area has many advantages for the serious investor

ski resorts including Snowbasin (the site of the 2002 Olympic Downhill and Super
G). There is beautiful Pineview Lake that provides water skiing ,

Morgan Valley is
located in a high rural Valley of the Wasatch Mountains, Morgan County is divided by
the Weber River. Morgan County is situated between
Ogden and Park City. The area is a fast growing bedroom community for the
Ogden Area. It is located between Salt Lake International Airport
and next to Snowbasin Ski Resort, and will become a major tourist spot as Snow
Basin expands into a International Destination Ski Resort.
Other points of interest are Round Valley Golf Course, Lost Creek State Park, East Canyon State Park,
